Waliking into a new place it usually feels cold and u certain . But the time i walked into the dealership Eide there was a family welcome happy faces and everybody very warm smiles i felt family in the air the shortest and warmest welcome i ever had so thank you to especially Onica, Steve, as well as all the other employees and owner hugs forever .

My check engine light came on about 3 miles from my destination, traveling for training for work. I called the dealership first thing the next morning. I was told to bring my car in and they would look at it right away. I had my car to them with in 30 minutes. The shuttle took me back to my hotel, also where my training was. The shuttle driver was very welcoming and friendly. With in an hour, I was notified what was wrong with my vehicle and they could fix it right away. I did not have my warranty information as I was out of town due to work. Today reach out to the dealership where I purchased my vehicle to get my warranty information. Which was so helpful. My car was fixed by the time training ended for lunch. Thank you Todd for being so helpful, friendly getting my car fixed!

The dealership is nearly 200 miles away from my house. They had a vehicle I was really interested in, but unfortunately was sold within minutes of my deposit. They were able to suggest a different vehicle quickly. Everything was done remotely, truck was delivered, and I didn’t miss a minute of work, or use a day off to drive back & forth. Went into Mandan Chevrolet to look for a Suburban or Tahoe, was leaning towards getting a Tahoe because we didn’t know if a Suburban would fit it our garage. We met Kevin in the car lot and discussed it with him and he gave us the option to take the suburban for a test ride and to take it home and see if it fits. We did that and the suburban fit!
